Chef Ryan Knuth of Mortar and Pestle Spice Blends returns to The Spicy Olive WC with a class that shows his passion for good food, his spice blends and our olive oils!

• Apple and Roasted Chicken Lettuce wraps
• Pork Tenderloin Wellington with Apple Cider butter sauce
• Pumpkin Tiramisu

The cost of this class is $45 and includes tasting of all foods prepared, wine pairing, recipes and a 60 ml sampler of a balsamic vinegar.
