Melanie Cedargren, owner of The Spicy Olive, leads this class to help you get ready for lighter eating in the Spring and Summer months ahead! This class will inspire you to use The Spicy Olive’s balsamic vinegars and olive oils in ways you haven’t thought of before! Melanie will also include information about the health benefits contained in our olive oils and balsamic vinegars! The Spicy Olive’s classes are demonstration only, designed to teach how to use our delicious olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Attendees will be served tastings of all the foods prepared and also wine pairings with the Appetizer/Salad course and another with the main course.
