The Spicy Olive’s Blueberry Smoothie
The olive oils at The Spicy Olive are full of healthy biophenols that aid your health in a myriad of ways! One of those biophenols is oleocanthal. Oleocanthal is a potent anti inflammatory agent! Two tablespoons of our wonderful healthy olive oil is so good for you and here is a great recipe to make it tasty and easy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries frozen
- 1/3 cup The Spicy Olive's Strawberry balsamic vinegar
- 1 fresh banana sliced
- 1 cup baby kale
- 1/4 cup The Spicy Olive's Hojiblanca fresh Ultra Premium olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in 1/3 cup Strawberry balsamic vinegar for 20 minutes prior to making this recipe.
- Add the soaked chia seeds, olive oil, banana slices to the blender jar and blend to a smooth consistency. Add the baby kale and frozen blueberries to the blender jar and process until completely smooth.
- Makes 2 generous portions or 4 smaller servings.
