  • 1 lb. Farfalle Pasta or Penne cooked according to package instructions
  • 3 cups baby spinach leaves or arugula or field greens mix
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds or Sweet and Spicy peacans Pecans available at The Spicy Olive
  • 1/4 cup The Spicy Olive's Strawberry balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup The Spicy Olive's Basil Olive Oil or The Spicy Olive's single varietal extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh basil leaves to garnish salad

Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water. Coat with a Tablespoon of Basil or Single varietal olive oil to keep from sticking together and toss.
  2. Place cooled pasta in a salad bowl. Top with sliced strawberries, spinach or arugula or mix, pecans or almonds, feta cheese and toss.
  3. Drizzle Strawberry balsamic and remainder of Basil or single varietal olive oil over pasta salad. Toss to coat salad evenly with balsamic and olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle top of salad with fresh basil and serve!
