Oil Pairings: Basil, Blood Orange, Butter, Chipotle,
Milanese Gremolata, Harissa, Lemon, Roasted French Walnut Oil, or any
of The Spicy Olive’s single varietal extra virgin olive oil

Ideas:

  1. Drizzle with Walnut Oil or Butter EVOO over pancakes, waffles or French toast
  2. Glze reduction for bacon slices, chicken or pork
  3. Combine with Blood Orange EVOO for a unique salad dressing
  4. Pair with Herbs de Provence EVOO for a delicious pork marinade
  5. Add to cake and other baked goods recipes
  6. Mix with a spicy dijon mustard to top ham

Wild Blueberry

Flavor: Rich, fruity and dense

Complements: Salad, fruit, chicken, beef, pork

Oil Pairings: Basil, Frantoio, Harissa, Lemon, Persian Lime, Tuscan Herb

Ideas:

  1. Drizzle on onions to caramelize in a sauté pan
  2. Drizzle over fresh sliced peaches, cantaloupe, fruit salad and ice cream
  3. Reduce to use as syrup on waffles, pancakes or French toast
  4. Combine with Frantoio, Harissa Persian Lime or Lemon EVOO to make a delicious, fruity salad dressing

Balsamic Vinegar

A truly unique product with infinite uses! Many of our balsamic vinegars are concoctions that, when tasted, seem far from what you would expect of a balsamic.


We feature a traditional balsamic vinegar that’s aged 18 years to absolute perfection as well as delicious sweet, fruity flavors that can even be used as a topping for ice cream. Additionally, we have many white balsamic vinegars such as oregano, Jalapeno or Sicilian lemon.


All of our balsamic vinegars pair nicely with our many extra virgin olive oils to create savory marinades or special dips for bread.

Basil

Flavor: Garden-fresh Basil

Ideas:

  1. Combine with Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar and brush on fish before baking or grilling

  3. Combine with Cranberry Pear, Raspberry or Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar for a salad dressing

Chipotle

Flavor: Smokey and slightly spicy
