Enisa Hayes, Bartender and Mixologist at Alfio’s Buon Cibo will lead this class! She has been making cocktails with The Spicy Olive’s balsamic vinegars and olive oils and entering cocktail competitions with her recipes and winning! She will demonstrate some of her favorites and teach you how to make shrubs and incorporate them into your summer libations! These cocktails are also delicious without liquor so if you don’t imbibe, this class will teach you how to make mocktails!

Smoky Blackberry Margarita: with Blackberry Poblano Shrub, Agave, Tequila, Club soda (can be made as a mocktail and can substitute other liquors for the Tequila)
Aperol Spritz: Aperol, The Spicy Olive’s Blood Orange, Lemon or Lime olive oil, Prosecco and orange
Herbed Grapefruit Fizz: Cram of Coconut, The Spicy Olive’s Grapefruit white balsamic, grapefruit juice, soda, The Spicy Olive’s Rosemary olive oil, Vodka or Lemoncello (can be modified as a mocktail)
Tangy Raspberry Mudslide: coldbrew coffee, White Chocolate Godiva, The Spicy Olive’s Raspberry balsamic
