Rebecca Denney , owner of Paleolicious, returns to The Spicy Olive, to lead a class on meal prep. Everyone is trying to eat healthier in the New Year but by February we hit some bumps in the road. Eating healthy can take more time to chop vegetables and prepare meals. This class will help you prep meals in advance so you can keep eating healthy!

Freshly pressed citrus juice with The Spicy Olive’s Cara Cara Orange Vanilla balsamic
Shrimp avocado salad with tomatoes, cilantro and onion with our Persian Lime olive oil and Honey Giner balsamic vinegar
Teriyaki meatballs with pineapple, onion, bell peppers served with cauli rice our Pineapple balsamic and Roasted Sesame oil
The class will include recipes for several other meals and a plan to follow at home, tasting of all foods prepared, wine pairings and a 60 ml sampler of balsamic vinegar to use at home.
