Rita Heikenfeld leads this class that will prepare you for summer entertaining! Rita will make some of her favorite summer recipes adding lots of flavor using fresh herbs and The Spicy Olive’s olive oils and balsamic vinegars! The Spicy Olive’s classes are demonstration only, designed to teach how to use our delicious olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Attendees will be served tastings of all the foods prepared and also wine pairings with the Appetizer/Salad course and another with the main course.
