The Spicy Olive Maple Balsamic Glazed Pork Medallions
Ingredients
  • 1/3cup The Spicy Olive’s Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2teaspoons The Spicy Olive’s Champagne & Roasted Garlic Mustard
  • 1 Pork Tenderloinstrimmed, sliced into 1 inch medallions, then pounded
  • 2teaspoons The Spicy Olive’s Milanese Gremolata olive oil
Instructions
  1. Whisk mustard and balsamic together. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Salt and pepper tenderloin medallions and place in skillet. Sear about 4 minutes each side. Add the mustard and balsamic mixture. Cook another minute or two, turning port to coat evenly.
