1/2cupThe Spicy Olive’s 18 year aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
1-2cupsfresh mozzarella balls
1teaspoonMortar and Pestles Catherine’s Spice Blendavailable at The Spicy Olive
Instructions
Place the olive oil, vinegar, and Catherine’s mix in a bowl and place cheese balls (or mushrooms) into marinade. Marinate for 24 hours and serve with toothpicks.
