The Spicy Olive’s Sautéed Kale

kale
washed, drained, and steams removed

The Spicy Olive’s Blood Orange olive oil

tablespoons
The Spicy Olive’s Cranberry Pear balsamic

cloves
Garlic
peeled and chopped
1/2
cup
Water

teaspoon
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat Blood Orange olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic, but do not let it get brown. Add water and kale, then increase heat to high. Stir then cover and simmer kale for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and serve!
