Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook cherries, cinnamon stick, sugar and corn starch. Cook until sugar melts- about 1 minute. Add the red wine and Black Cherry balsamic and cook until the mixture has reduced and thickened, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and remove the cinnamon stick from the sauce.
Scoop vanilla ice cream into bowls and top with warm cherries and the wine and Black Cherry balsamic sauce.
