Place mixed baby greens in a salad bowl and top with nuts, cheese and dried figs.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the Black Mission FIg balsamic vinegar and the mustard until combined. Using a whisk, drizzle in the Herbs de Provence olive oil until the olive oil and balsamic are emulsified and the dressing is thick.
Pout the dressing over the greens and toss to evenly coat the greens.
Serve immediately.
